Our current civil sexual assault legal campaign is limited to suing institutions responsible for abuse, such as schools, companies, foster care organizations, churches, non-profit organizations, Scouts groups, and governments. Although we would like to help everyone, currently our work is in helping people exploited by a person in a position of trust or authority in the institutional context. We are currently unable to assist with civil claims against perpetrators not connected to institutions, government, companies, or non-profit organizations.

We are currently unable to assist with civil claims for jails regarding the solitary confinement class action.
